Membership Benefits can be claimed with any bookings at THL Auto Service.
At the time of booking, please mention that you wish to claim a Membership Benefit, and we’ll arrange for the work to be done.
Yes, at the time of signing up to the Car Care Membership Program, you may immediately claim and enjoy any benefits related to a current existing booking at the time of payment.
If you wish to claim benefits that are not related to a current existing booking, you will have to make another separate booking, so that we can arrange a timeslot to carry out the work.
Other than that, there is no waiting period. You can immediately enjoy the benefits upon signing up.
The Car Care Membership expires 1 year after sign up.
For example, if you sign up on 01/07/2023, then the Membership will expire on 30/06/2024. For this example, 30/06/2024 is the last day you can enjoy the Membership Benefits.
Your Membership will NOT automatically renewal each year.
There are NO automatic reoccuring subscription fees.
You are not obligated to renew the Membership if you do not wish to.
You can renew the Car Care Membership in-store anytime after expiry. The renewal process will be similar to the initial sign up for the Membership.
No. Any unclaimed benefits after the Membership expiry date are immediately forfeited.
You are free to cancel your Membership anytime after signing up, however, there will be no refund of the sign up or renewal fee.
Alternatively, you can wait for the Car Care Membership to expire, after which, your Membership will cease.
Payments are to be paid in whole. The payment cannot be split into monthly installments, and there are NO automatic payment options such as Direct Debit.
The payment covers 1 year of the Car Care Membership, and you cannot pay for more than 1 year. If you wish to enjoy the Membership benefits for more than a year, you may sign up again anytime after the current Membership expires.
A Basic Car Service is the comprehensive Routine Maintenance and Safety Inspections carried out on a vehicle by a licensed service provider.
Below are some of the things included in a Basic Car Service:
- 101 Point Vehicle Safety Inspection
- Change out Engine Oil
- Replace Engine Oil Filter
- Grease & Lube All Grease Fittings (where applicable)
- Check Tyre Pressure & Conditions
- Check & Top Up Fluids
- Road Test
If you feel that your car is operating unusually, or if you have safety concerns with your car, we can help you perform an in-depth inspection of your car to find out what is wrong.
After the inspection, we will report all findings to you, and highlight the areas of concern. We will also provide you with a quote for the repairs.
The FIRST HOUR for EVERY inspection is FREE for Members.
If the Diagnostic will take more than 1 Hour, we will inform you before we proceed with the additional checks.
Every member is allowed to bring in their cars for a Free 1 hour diagnostic.
If a member owns Multiple Vehicles, then EACH car is entitled to a Free 1 Hour Diagnostic. Available once per year per vehicle.
All work carried out by us has 1 year warranty for workmanship only.
